Supriya Awasthi
A seasoned expert in evaluation and monitoring within the field of international development and human rights, with over 25 years of experience designing and assessing community-based interventions across South Asia. She has led the design, implementation, and oversight of robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks for community based programs in India and Nepal, including Outcome Mapping, Community Maturity Tools (CMT), and survivor-centered progress tracking models. she trained local NGOs in participatory evaluation tools and ensured rigorous documentation, learning, and accountability across projects.

Originally from Rajasthan she is specialist in Community Initiatives, Gender Justice, and Child Rights | 20+ Years of experience in South Asia, Africa, and Europe. Her experience spans working with a variety of stakeholders, to co-create solutions rooted in dignity, rights, and sustainability.

Neeta Minz
20+ years experience working with more than 30 grassroot organisations in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh on 4 different multi year programs focusing on Health, Community development, System change, Economic empowerment programs. Areas of expertise are monitoring and evaluation, logistics, and data quality across complex field environments, compliance with program protocols, and facilitating community mobilization. Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to troubleshoot challenges in dynamic, on-ground contexts, especially in rural and under-resourced settings are her core strengths.

Sachin Kumar is a seasoned development professional with over 19 years of experience in child-centric community development, care reform, and multi-sectoral programming across South Asia and Africa. With a strong foundation in strategic leadership and technical expertise, Sachin has led transformative initiatives that have significantly impacted the lives of vulnerable and marginalized communities.
He has played a pivotal role in shaping and scaling high-impact programs, fostering meaningful collaborations with governments, civil society, and international agencies. His work spans across program strategy, systems strengthening, organizational development, and survivor-led advocacy.

Rajneesh Kumar Yadav
20+years experience. Based in Uttar Pradesh he has deep sectoral knowledge and expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learnings (MEL), research, Participatory, Rural Appraisal, community mobilization, value chain development, regenerative agriculture, rural entrepreneurship, and social protection systems. He was involved in designing and analysing surveys and other data collection methods to assess the impact of child protection programs across India.
